Maintenance and Cleaning


Make sure that the plug is removed from the mains when carrying out
maintenance work or when you want to clean the paint spray gun or the paint
container.

Clean the spray gun thoroughly after each use. Perform the following steps
after each use:
1. Pour out remaining paint from the paint container (8). Thoroughly clean the
paint container with clean water or thinner according to the used spraying
material.
2. Pour some thinner or water into the container and spray until only clean
thinner/water is coming out of the nozzle.
3. Dismount the paint spray gun and thoroughly clean all components of the
head nozzle.
4. Dry well all components
and remount the
spray gun in reverse order.
Make sure the rib on the
nozzle attachments
exactly into the groove on
the nozzle head (see red
circles).
5. Depress the trigger with
one hand when screwing
the screw cap on the nozzle
head.

Replacing the Filter

If the filter becomes soiled, clean the
filter in due time.
1. Unscrew the cover and remove
the foam filter. Wash the filter
thoroughly with water or with a
mild detergent and allow it to dry
completely.
2. Re-insert the filter. Do not use the
paint spray gun with the filter in
place.
