Maintenance and Cleaning
Make sure that the plug is removed from the mains when carrying out
maintenance work or when you want to clean the spray gun or the paint
container.
Clean the spray gun thoroughly
after each use. Perform the
following steps after each use:
1. Pour out remaining paint from
the paint container (9).
2. Thoroughly clean the paint
container (9) with water or
thinner according to the used
spraying material.
3. Pour some thinner into the
container and spray until only
clean thinner is coming out of
the nozzle.
4. Dismount the spray gun as
shown in the drawing.
5. Thoroughly clean all compo-
nents of the head nozzle.
6. Dry well all components and
remount the spray gun in
reverse order.
Replacing the Sealing Ring
If the sealing ring becomes worn and cannot seal
sufficiently, replace the sealing ring as follows:
1. Unscrew the nozzle head and remove it. Use a spiky
object and pull out the sealing ring from the nozzle
head.
2. Insert a new sealing ring into the opening and
observe to place the ring with the round side outward
into the nozzle head.
