1/3" CCD Dual Camera,
420TVL, 3.6 mm, IR
Item-No. 75 16 29

Intended Use

This dual colour camera with IR-LED is intended for mounting in, and protecting, secluded
or critical areas (e.g. surveillance of stores, surveillance of parking places and so on).
The camera is suitable for operation in outdoor areas (IP65). The voltage is supplied via
12 V/DC (suitable power transformer is available as an option).
With an IR coverage up to 40 metres (depending on the ambient conditions) in darkness
and with a horizontal coverage angle of 68°, this camera is very suitable for surveillance of
parking areas. The camera has two CCD camera lenses. In daylight, the camera uses the
colour CCD image sensor and thus can take colour pictures. The intensity is detected by
the integrated photo sensor. In darkness, the camera deactivates the colour CCD image
sensor and activates the black and white CCD image sensor to enable perfect night vision.
The infrared LED's integrated in the camera enable night vision. Please note that coloured
image reproduction changes into black and white monochrome when increasing darkness
activates the IR-LEDs. The brightness is detected by the camera using a photo sensor at
the front side.
Please bear in mind that it is prohibited by law to observe strangers with a camera without
their knowledge and consent.
Operating the product in any other way than described above is not permitted and may lead
to damage to the product, which can give rise to risks such as short circuit, fire and elec-
tric shock. The product must not be modified or converted. Always observe the safety
instructions included in these operating instructions. Read the operating instructions care-
fully and keep them for later reference.
