2. Intended use

The camera serves to monitor and secure critical areas or areas which cannot be
overlooked (such as shop surveillance, intercoms, entry areas of prarking bays,
etc.). The recorded footage can be played back on any suitable TV set or monitor
with audio/video input. The built-in IR LEDs serve as a source of light in the dark.
The camera is designed for outdoor use (IP44).
The camera may be operated with a voltage of 9 V/DC via the supplied mains
adaptor only. The product may not get damp or wet. It is designed for use in enclo-
sed indoor areas only.
Please bear in mind that it is not allowed to observe strangers with a camera without
their knowledge and consent. Otherwise you can incur a penalty.
Any use other than that described above is not allowed and can damage this pro-
duct which involves risks such as such as short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. The
whole product may not be altered or converted. Always observe the safety notes
included in these operating instructions. Read the operating instructions carefully
and keep them for later reference.
