7. Connection
• The video signal (PAL) is available at the BNC socket. Use an adapter if you do not have any BNC
cable for the connection.
• The external voltage/power supply must be connected to the low-voltage round socket.
A matching round plug is required for connection, outer diameter 5.5 mm, inner diameter
2.1 mm. The outer contact of the round plug must conduct minus/-, the inner contact plus/+.
Always observe correct polarity (plus/+ and minus/-), since the camera will otherwise be
damaged, loss of warranty/guarantee!
Only a stabilised mains with an output voltage of 12 V/DC (direct voltage) must be used. With the
power supply present, the red power LED „PL" lights up next to the low-voltage round socket.
• Set the correct input channel at your display device to set the camera image.
• Then align the camera precisely to monitor the desired image section.
8. Set Zoom, Adjust Image until it is Sharp
• First loosen the two pin fastening screws of the lens rings, turn them a bit counter-clockwise
until the two lens rings can move freely.
• Turn the front objective ring to the left or right to set the desired focal width.
Then adjust the image with the rear lens ring until it is sharp.
• Then attach the two lens rings again with the fastening screws loosened at the beginning.
