The expansion tools have been checked for safety and have left

Only specialists trained by the manufacturer are allowed to disassemble
the expansion tools.

gesetzt werden.
Eine eigenmächtige Veränderung der Dreidornzange schließt eine Haftung
für die daraus entstehenden Schäden und deren Folgen aus.
Die Dreidornzangen haben das Werk in geprüftem und sicherheitstech-
nisch einwandfreiem Zustand verlassen.
Die Werkzeuge dürfen nur durch vom Hersteller geschultes Fachpersonal
demontiert werden.
GB Warning – sharp prongs! Danger!
Do not lay the expansion tool down with the prongs pointing upwards!
When squeezing the levers, do not hold the fingers between the levers!

Vorsicht – spitze Dorne! Verletzungsgefahr!
Niemals die Dreidornzange mit den Dornen nach oben ablegen! Beim
Zusammendrücken die Finger nicht zwischen die Handhebel halten!
GB Operating
Put the HellermannTyton sleeving or marker over
the closed prongs (1) by hand. For easy application
it is recommended to lubricate the prongs of the
expansion tool in advance (for example with
HellermannTyton Hellerine, Article-No. 625-00250).
Squeeze both levers of the expansion tool until
the required expansion has been attained. Whilst holding the expansion
tool in the position, put the sleeving into place.

Bedienung
Zu verarbeitende HellermannTyton Tülle oder Kennzeichnungsabschnitt
mit der Hand über die geschlossenen Dorne (1) schieben. Zur einfachen
Applikation die Dorne der Dreidornzange vorher mit Gleitmittel
(z. B. HellermannTyton Hellerine, Art.-Nr. 625-00250) bestreichen.
Beide Handhebel der Dreidornzange zusammendrücken, bis die gewünschte
Aufweitung erreicht ist und anschließend das Teil aufbringen.
GB Prong replacement
• Hold the hand levers of the expansion tool
pressed together, then remove screw (2) with a
suitable screwdriver.
• Pull prong (1) out of the leg of the tool (3).
• Insert the replacement prong. In doing this, be
sure that the recess (4) is pointed toward the
threaded hole.
• Tighten down screw (2) and release the levers.
The prongs must close together properly.
Spring replacement
• Drive the fastening pin (6) out of the hand lever
in the direction of the arrow with a punch of
appropriate size.
• Replace the spring (5) and drive the fastening
pin (6) back into its position.
Hand lever latch
• Remove slotted shoulder screw (7) with a
suitable screwdriver.
• Insert it at the desired position (8) and tighten it down.

Dornwechsel
• Handhebel der Dreidornzange zusammendrücken und danach
Schraube (2) mit passendem Schraubendreher entfernen.
• Dorn (1) aus dem Zangenschenkel (3) herausziehen.
• Ersatzdorn einführen. Dabei beachten, dass Auskehlung (4)
in Richtung Gewindeloch zeigt.
• Schraube (2) festziehen und Handhebel loslassen. Die Dorne
müssen richtig zusammenliegen.
Federwechsel
• Befestigungsstift (6) in Pfeilrichtung mit passendem Durchschlag
aus dem Handhebel treiben.
• Feder (5) auswechseln und Befestigungsstift (6) wieder eintreiben.
Arretierung Handhebel
• Zapfenschraube (7) mit passendem Schraubendreher entfernen.
• An gewünschter Position (8) einführen und festziehen.
