Poor image/sound quality:
• The aerials are not properly aligned to one another.
• The range is reduced by obstacles such as reinforced concrete walls. Reduce the distance between the
transmitter and the receiver or remove metal objects along he transmission path.
• The system is disturbed by other wireless devices. Press the RESET buttons on the transmitter and the receiver.
The system automatically selects a different transmission channel. Remove sources of interference such as
cordless phones next to the transmitter or the receiver.
• The distance between the transmitter and the receiver is too short. This might overload the receiver. Increase
the distance, change the position of the aerials.
• The input/output menu settings are not correct.
The remote control commands are not transmitted to the AV source device:
• Point the transmission diode of your infrared remote control towards the front of the receiver.
• The batteries in the remote control are empty.
• The remote control is faulty.
• The transmitters of the infrared signal cables are not properly aligned towards the infrared receivers of the devices
to be controlled.
• The range of the system has been exceeded.
• Hold down the buttons of the remote control when operating it (approx. for one second).
Playback on one channel only:
• One audio cable is not connected correctly.
• The balance control of the AV source device or the display device is not set correctly.
Repairs other than those described above should only be performed by an authorised
specialist.
