• Do not place any containers containing fluids, e.g. glasses, buckets, vases or plants, anywhere near
the system. Liquids could enter into the interior of the housing and impair the electrical safety of the
device. There is also a great risk of fire or a fatal electric shock! Should this case occur, de-energize
the respective mains socket (e.g. switch off circuit breaker) first and then pull the wall power supply
out of the socket. After that, the system must no longer be used; take it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not expose the system to high temperatures, dripping or splashing water, strong vibrations or
high mechanical stress.
• During operation, make sure the devices and the wall power supplies are sufficiently ventilated. Do
not cover them with newspapers, covers, curtains or similar. Keep a space of 15 cm to other objects.
• Do not place open sources of fire, such as burning candles, on or directly next to the system.
• Consult an expert when in doubt as to the operation, the safety or the connection of the system.
• Do not leave packing material lying around unattended. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
• Do not operate the system unattended.
• Only use the system in moderate climate and avoid tropical environments.
• Comply with the safety and operating instructions of any other devices that are connected to the
wireless transmission system and observe the additional safety instructions in the individual
chapters of these instructions.
