- To stop immediately, press [RECORD] button again while recording.
Playback Recording
To start or stop playing the recorded data, press [PLAY/STOP] button.

I) Songs

There are 50 songs in total (see Appendix III). Each song can be practised in the LESSON mode.
1. Press [SONG] button to switch into the "song mode". The "Song" icon on the LCD will be displayed. Press [START/STOP]
or [SONG] button to play the current song repeatedly. Press [START/STOP] or [SONG] button again to stop playing the
song,
2. Use [+] / [-] button to select the song that you want.
3. Press [LESSON] button to enter the "lesson mode". There are 3 different ways to practise each song.
4. To exit the song mode, press [CHORD DICTIONARY] , [STYLE] , [VOICE] , [DUAL] or the Voices/Styles Direct Select
buttons.

J) Lesson

The keyboard provides three level of lessons.
In "song mode", press [LESSON] button to enter the lesson mode.
The lesson mode is selected in following sequence: Lesson 1 > Lesson 2 > Lesson 3 > Off.
To start or stop the lesson, press [START/STOP] button.
Lesson 1:
Choose Lesson 1 to learn the rhythm of the song. Sounds will be made by playing the correct notes.
Lesson 2:
Play the note shown in the display. When the correct note is played, the next note will be shown.
Lesson 3:
Play the note as shown in the display with correct tempo. The keyboard will play the accompaniment.

K) Chord Dictionary

Chord dictionary helps you to look up chord notes. There are 24 chords. (See Appendix IV)
1. Press [CHORD DICTIONARY] button to enter the DICT mode. The "chord dictionary flag" on the LCD will be displayed. In
this mode, the keys above "C4" are assigned as the Chord Type, the keys above "C6" are assigned as the Chord Root.
2. For example , if we want to play a Cm7 CHORD. Press the "C" key in the section of the keyboard labeled "CHORD ROOT".
(The note will not sound) The root note you set will be shown on the display.
3. Press the "m7" key in the section of the keyboard which has labeled "CHORD TYPE" (The note will not sound). The notes
you for the specified chord (root note and chord type) will be shown on the display in musical notation and also in the
keyboard diagram.
4. If you play the chord correctly, a bell tone will sound.

11. Dépannage
Problème
Un son se fait entendre quand l'instrument est allumé
ou éteint.
Aucun son en cours de lecture d'un titre, d'un style ou en
jouant du clavier
Le volume est trop faible.
La qualité du son est mauvaise.
Le rythme s'arrête soudainement ou ne répond pas.
Les données enregistrées du titre ne sont pas lues
correctement.
L'écran LCD s'assombrit soudainement et tous les
réglages sont remis à zéro
Cause possible et solution
Ce son est normal et indique que l'instrument a été mis sous
tension.
Vérifiez qu'aucun câble ou écouteur n'est branché à la prise.
Les piles sont faibles ou déchargées. Remplacez les dix piles
par des piles neuves ou utilisez l'adaptateur de courant en
option
