Installation
The camera is equipped with a standard tripod socket on the top and bottom. Thus,
it can be fastened in place using the wall/ceiling bracket provided, as well as with any
other bracket with a tripod socket.
If you want to use the wall/ceiling bracket provided, it has to be mounted in a suitable
location using three screws. Use wall plugs, if required by the surface.
Make sure when screwing into place or when drilling holes that cables or wires
are not damaged.
Place the camera in the desired position. Then fasten the ball head to the wall/ceiling
bracket by tightening the plastic screw on top of the wall/ceiling bracket and then,
tighten the small grub screw using the Allen key provided.
The camera should not be pointed directly towards bright sources of light or the sun,
since this will overexpose the image.
For outdoor use, we recommend choosing a location that is protected from
rainfall (e.g. under the eaves), to prevent droplet formation on the camera's
front screen, which will cause a distorted and unusable image.
Finally, fasten the sunscreen cover onto the camera's top with a suitable screw.
