The product is approved in accordance with the respective
national regulations and guidelines and complies with the EU
standards.
Do not dispose of this product as normal household waste. Take
it to your local refuse collection site.
Putting the unit into operation for the first time
- Check the unit for damage and for completeness.
Mounting location / Positioning:
- Always install above the water level and outside the aquarium
(Fig. B) to prevent water from running back into the air pump.
- Do not place on or above the aquarium. Choose the mounting
location / positioning so that the aerator cannot drop into the
water or "walk". We recommend mounting using the wall mounting
eyelet (Fig. B).
- Cut the hose
to the aquarium aerator. Place the outlet with suction
device in the aquarium (Fig. B).
If only one accessory is connected to EHEIM air pumps 200
and 400, which are provided with two air connections,
please use a T-type connector available from your dealer.
Never operate an air connection without a „load", i.e.
without hose and outlet.
