Installation on the stand
• The laser can be set up at a suitable location using the enclosed stand.
• Screw the stand into the stand socket on the bottom side of the laser.
• Turn the threaded ring of the stand clockwise to provide additional support for the laser from below.
• The stand head is adjustable, allowing the laser to be optimally aligned. Turn the clamping screw under
the stand head to the left and tilt the laser into the required position. Then turn the clamping bracket back
to fix the laser's position.
Installation with a mounting bracket
• Install the laser using a mounting bracket (7) on the ceiling, the wall or on a suitable crossbeam. When
installing it, make sure that the device cannot swing freely.
• Secure the device with fastenings that are compatible with the fastening surface and suitable for carrying
the weight of the light effect device.
• Secure the installation with an additional suitable safety restraint cable or net. The safety restraint cable
or net must be able to support the light effect device in the event of a fault in the main support system.
• Set the desired angle of inclination and tighten the two clamping bracket screws (6) well.

6. Initial start-up

Connecting the power adaptor
The mains socket, to which the laser is connected, must be easily accessible so the device
can be quickly separated from the mains voltage in the case of a fault.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with other cables.
Be careful when handling the mains cables and main connectors. Mains voltage can give
severe electric shocks, which can be fatal.
Do not leave the cables trailing free; route them in an orderly and professional way to
prevent accidents.
• Connect the plug of the enclosed power adaptor to the 5V/DC, 1A connection (2) on the rear side of the
device.
• Plug the power supply unit into a wall socket.
Operation
• Turn the unit on / off using the ON/OFF switch (4).
- Switch in top position > device is turned on,
- Switch in lower position > device is turned off.
• The VOL controller (3) adjusts the microphone sensitivity of the device to the volume of the music. Set the
controller so that the laser is synced to the rhythm of the music.
Handling
• Never switch the laser on and off at short intervals. This will considerably reduce the working life of the
device.
• The device is not suitable for continuous use. Pauses in operation increase the working life of the product.
• We recommend to let the laser cool down after a two-hour operating time before you put it into operation
again.
• Never switch on the device immediately after it has been taken from a cold into a warm environment.
The condensation that forms might damage your unit. Allow the device to reach room temperature before
switching it on. Wait until the condensation has evaporated.
7. Cleaning
Before cleaning the laser, disconnect it from the power supply (disconnect the power
supply unit).
Make sure that the inside of the device does not get wet or damp.
• The outside of the device should be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth or dry brush.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as these may damage the surface of the case.
8. Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
