SAMPLE RATE
Here, the sampling rate used for the recording is set. The higher the
sampling rate, the higher the recording quality (presetting 48kHz).
REC FORMAT
Here, the recording format is set.
WAV format is an uncompressed format that offers good quality but also
requires more memory. You can make your selection in the range
between 24bit (high quality) and 16bit (low quality).
MP3 format is a data reduced recording format that requires less
storage space than WAV format.
Here, you can also select among different compression settings:
64kbps is the highest compression level with the lowest quality, 320kbps
is the lowest compression level with the highest quality.
The higher the compression level, the lower the quality.
This also lowers the memory requirements.
