Présentation
L'appareil de contrôle de câbles a été conçu et construit en parti-
culier pour pouvoir effectuer des contrôles sur place. Il permet de
contrôler le passage de courant dans des câbles, l'affectation des
câbles avec des connecteurs Western dotés de 6 à 8 broches. Les
différents brins de câble sont contrôlés et mesurés par l'appareil,
les résultats sont affichés sur les bandes DEL. Il est également
possible de contrôler de courts câbles de connexion se trouvant
sur l'appareil principal et grâce au récepteur distant même des
câbles posés peuvent être contrôlés. On peut choisir entre une sui-
te automatique (AS) ou manuelle (MS) des contrôles.

Mise en service
Avant de mettre en service l'appareil, il faut respec-
ter les précautions d'emploi, les données techni-
ques ainsi que le domaine d'application prescrit.
Vérifiez que le produit est approprié à l'utilisation
prévue.

Fitting/ exachanging the battery
If the luminous intensity of the LED display fades, the battery has
to be exchanged as follows:
Disconnect all cables connected from the
cable tester. Open the battery compart-
ment on the backside of the cable tester.
Remove the exhausted battery and insert a
new battery of the same type by respecting
the polarities. Use 9 V monobloc batteries
only (preferrably alkaline batteries). Close
the battery compartment door after having
inserted the battery correctly.

Polarity reversal of the battery will inevitably lead to destruc-
tion of the device!
The ultimate consumer is legally obliged to return
exhausted batteries (ordinance for the disposal of
exhausted battery) and accumulators (button cells
to lead-acid batteries); disposal with the household
rubbish is not admitted.
Exhausted batteries and accumulators can be re-
turned to our branch establishments and our head-
quarters at Hirschau/ Germany free of charge or, as
usual, to your municipal waste disposal plant(reusa-
ble-waste facilities) who are obliged to take back
exhausted batteries.
