Der Schubregler (der linke Regler der Fernsteuerung) muss vor dem Einschalten nach unten
zeigen (1A). Anschließend den ON-/OFF-Schalter der Fernsteuerung auf „ON" stellen, dann blinkt
die Power-LED. Den Quadrocopter durch etwa 3 Sekunden langes Drücken auf die ON/OFF-Taste
an der Unterseite des Modells einschalten (1B). Den Quadrocopter auf den Boden setzen, so
dass das Heck in Pilotenrichtung zeigt (1C). Der Quadrocopter braucht ein paar Sekunden zur
Initialisierung des Gyros und um die Verbindung zur Fernsteuerung herzustellen. Sobald die LEDs
des Quadrocopters dauerhaft leuchten, ist die Verbindung zur Fernbedienung hergestellt. Zum
Ausschalten des Modells die ON/OFF-Taste nochmals etwa 3 Sekunden lang drücken.
Achtung! Den Quadrocopter unbedingt auf eine waagrechte Fläche stellen – die Steuerelektronik
richtet ihre Neutralposition nach dem Untergrund aus!
Hinweis: Für ein ruhiges Flugverhalten des Quadrocopter sind nur minimale Korrekturen an
den Reglern nötig! Die Richtungsangaben gelten, wenn man den Quadrocopter von hinten
betrachtet. Fliegt der Quadrocopter auf den Piloten zu, so muss in die jeweils entgegengesetzte
Richtung gesteuert werden.
2A Um zu starten oder an Flughöhe zu gewinnen, den linken Knüppel vorsichtig nach vorn bewegen.
Zum Landen oder um tiefer zu fliegen, den linken Knüppel nach hinten bewegen.
2B Um nach vorn zu fliegen, den rechten Knüppel vorsichtig nach vorn bewegen.
Um rückwärts zu fliegen, den rechten Knüppel vorsichtig nach hinten ziehen.
2C Um nach links zu fliegen, den rechten Knüppel vorsichtig nach links bewegen.
Um nach rechts zu fliegen, den rechten Knüppel vorsichtig nach rechts bewegen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie ausreichend Platz in jede Richtung haben (10 m mindestens). Beachten
Sie zudem auch die Sicherheitshöhe – fliegen Sie mindestens 2 m hoch, da Ihr Quadrocopter
beim Überschlag an Höhe verliert, und anschließend abgefangen und ausgesteuert werden
muss! Beachten Sie: Loopings gelingen besser, wenn der Akku noch recht voll ist! Drücken Sie
den Nick-/Roll-Regler schnell ganz in eine Richtung und wieder ganz zurück.
2F Geschwindigkeitsstufen: Rechten Knüppel KURZ nach unten drücken
Durch kurzes Drücken des rechten Knüppels lässt sich die Empfindlichkeit der Steuerung in drei
Stufen (langsam, mittel, schnell) einstellen. Bei langsam leuchtet die Power-LED dauerhaft grün,
bei mittel dauerhaft orange, und bei schnell blinkt die LED orange.
2G Video aufnehmen: Linken Knüppel LÄNGER nach unten drücken
Um eine Video-Aufnahme zu starten, den linken Knüppel etwa drei Sekunden lang senkrecht
nach unten gedrückt halten. Währen der Aufnahme blinken die roten LED am Modell. Ein weitere
längerer Druck beendet die Aufnahme. Auflösung der Aufnahme beträgt 720x480 Pixel.
2H Foto aufnehmen: Rechten Knüppel LÄNGER nach unten drücken
Um ein Foto aufzunehmen, den rechten Knüppel etwa drei Sekunden lang senkrecht nach unten
gedrückt halten. Zur Bestätigung blinken einmal die roten LED am Modell.
2I Speicherkarte einsetzen: Die micro-SD-Speicherkarte an der Unterseite, links, mit den golde-
nen Kontakten nach oben in den Kartenslot einschieben. Bitte achten Sie darauf, die Speicherkarte
nicht mit Gewalt einzusetzen. Achtung: Die Speicherkarte nicht in den Zwischenraum von Slot
und Abdeckung schieben.
AKKUZUStAND:
• Wenn die LED-„Augen" blinken, wird der Akku leer. Um nicht abzustürzen, muss mit der
Landung begonnen werden!
Die richtige Trimmung ist die Grundvoraussetzung für ein einwandfreies Flugverhalten des Quadro-
copters. Die Abstimmung ist einfach, benötigt aber etwas Geduld und Gefühl. Bitte die folgenden
Hinweise genau beachten: Den Schubregler vorsichtig nach oben bewegen und den Quadrocopter
ungefähr 0,5 bis 1 Meter in die Höhe steigen lassen.

Die Roll-Trimmung schrittweise in die entgegengesetzte Richtung drücken.
3B Wenn sich der Quadrocopter von selbst schnell oder langsam nach vorn oder hinten

Die Nick-Trimmung schrittweise nach unten drücken. Wenn sich der Quadrocopter nach hinten bewegt,
die Nick-Trimmung schrittweise nach oben drücken.
Wenn sich der Quadrocopter von selbst schnell oder langsam um seine eigene Achse
dreht ...
landen Sie und lassen sie den linken Knüppel 3 sek. ganz auf Null stehen - die Trimmung
erfolgt automatisch.
Wenn der Quadrocopters beim Fliegen abdriftet oder sich nur schwer trimmen lässt,
sollte man den den Quadrocopter kalibrieren. Fernsteuerung und Quadrocopter dazu einschalten,
und das Modell auf einen waagrechten Untergrund setzen. Der Schubregler (der linke Regler der
Fernsteuerung) muss nach unten zeigen. Jetzt den Schubregler ganz nach unten und rechts in
die Ecke bewegen und dort halten. Nun den Regler für Nicken und Rollen (der rechte Regler der
Fernsteuerung) schnell 5-6mal nach links und rechts bewegen. Die LEDs am Quadrocopter blinken
kurz auf. Damit ist die Kalibrierung abgeschlossen.
Falls die Rotorblätter des Quadrocopters beschädigt und ausgetauscht werden müssen, wie folgt
vorgehen:
• Vor der Montage darauf achten, dass die Propeller nicht vertauscht werden. Der Quadrocopter hat
4 verschiedene Propeller, die sich durch Farbe und Markierungen auf der Unterseite unterscheiden:
• Vorne rechts: Weiß, Markierung A
• Vorne links: Weiß, Markierung B
• Den defekten Propeller vorsichtig von der Welle abziehen.
• Den neuen Propeller wieder vorsichtig auf die Welle stecken.
Zum Auslesen der Speicherkarte diese aus dem Modell entfernen und in den USB-Adapter stecken.
Den Adapter nun in eine USB-Schnittstelle eines PC oder MAC stecken. Nach einer kurzen Installations-
phase befinden sich die Videos und Fotos im Ordner DCIM.
Problem: Die Propeller bewegen sich nicht.
Ursache: • Der ON/OFF-Schalter steht auf „OFF".
• Der Akku ist zu schwach bzw. leer.
Abhilfe: • Den ON/OFF-Schalter auf „ON" stellen.
• Den Akku aufladen.
Problem: Der Quadrocopter stoppt ohne ersichtlichen Grund während des Fluges und sinkt
ab.
Ursache:
• Der Akku ist zu schwach.
Abhilfe:
• Den Akku aufladen.
Problem: Der Quadrocopter lässt sich mit der Funk-Fernsteuerung nicht steuern.
Ursache:
• Der ON/OFF-Schalter steht auf „OFF".
• Die Batterien wurde falsch eingelegt.
• Die Batterien haben nicht mehr genug Energie.
Abhilfe: • Den ON/OFF-Schalter auf „ON" stellen.
• Überprüfen, ob die Batterien korrekt eingelegt sind.
• Neue Batterien einlegen.
Problem: Der Quadrocopter dreht sich nur noch um seine Hochachse, überschlägt sich
beim Start oder hebt nicht ab.
Ursache: • Falsche Anordnung der Propeller.
Abhilfe: • Propeller wie in der Anleitung beschrieben einbauen.

The thrust controller (the left controller on the remote control) must point down before being
switched on (1A). Then set the ON/OFF switch of the remote control to the „ON" position; the
Power LED will flash red. Switch on the quadrocopter by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button
on the underside of the model (1B) for about 3 seconds. Place the helicopter on the ground so
that the tail points towards the pilot (1C). The Quadrocopter needs a few seconds to initialise
the gyro and to establish the connection to the remote control. As soon as the LEDs on the
Quadrocopter light up red permanently, the connection to the remote control has been established.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds once more to switch off the model.
Attention! Always place the Quadrocopter on an even horizontal surface – the control electronics
aligns its neutral position to the subsurface!
Note: Only minimal corrections of the controls are necessary for a smooth flying behaviour of
the Quadrocopter! The direction information applies if the Quadrocopter is viewed from behind. If
the Quadrocopter is flying towards the pilot, it must be moved in the opposite direction.

In order to start or gain altitude, carefully move the left hand joystick forward.
Move the left hand joystick back for landing or to fly lower.
2B
To fly forward, carefully move the right hand joystick control forward.
To fly backward, pull the right joystick back carefully.
2C
Curve left by carefully moving the right hand joystick control to the left.
Curve right by carefully moving the right hand joystick control to the right.
2D
Turn the Quadrocopter around to the left by moving the left joystick to the left.
Turn the Quadrocopter around to the right by moving the left joystick to the right.
2E Flying loops: BRIEFLY press the left joystick vertically downwards.
Make sure that you have sufficient space in every direction (at least 10 m). Also comply with
the safety height – fly at a height of at least 2 m, as your quadrocopter loses height when
rolling over and has to be caught and corrected afterwards! Please note: Looping is more
successful when the battery is still relatively full! Press the nick/roll controller all the way in
one direction and then all the way back again.
2F Speed levels: BRIEFLY press the right joystick downwards
By briefly pressing the right joystick, the sensitivity of the controller can be adjusted in three
stages (slow, medium, fast). The POWER LED illuminates continuously green for slow, continuously
orange for medium and the LED blinks orange for fast.
2G Recording video: Press downwards on the left joystick for a LONG time
In order to start video recording, press vertically downwards on the left joystick for about three
seconds. The red LED on the model blinks red while recording. Pressing the joystick once more
for a long time stops the recording. The resolution of the recording is 720x480 pixels.
2H Shooting photos: Press downwards on the right joystick for a LONG time
In order to shoot a photo, press vertically downwards on the right joystick for about three
seconds. The red LED on the model blinks once as confirmation.
2I Inserting the memory card: Insert the micro SD memory card on the left-hand side of the
underside with the golden contacts facing upwards in the card slot. Please be sure that you
do not insert the memory card with force. Attention: Do not insert the memory card in the
intermediate space between the slot and cover.
BAttERY LEVEL:
• If the LED „eyes" blink, the battery is depleted. Commence with landing immediately in order
to avoid crashing!
The correct trim is a basic requirement for fault-free flying behaviour of the Quadrocopter. Its
adjustment is simple, but it requires some patience and a feel for it. Please observe the following
instructions precisely: Carefully move the thrust control up and raise the Quadrocopter approxi-
mately 0.5 to 1 metre in altitude.
3A If the Quadrocopter moves by itself slowly or quickly to the left or right ...
Press the roll trim incrementally in the opposite direction.
3B If the Quadrocopter moves by itself slowly or quickly forwards or backwards ...
Press the nick trim down incrementally. If the helicopter moves backwards, press the nick trim up
incrementally.
If the Quadrocopter moves by itself slowly or quickly around its own axis ...
land and leave the left hand joystick in the null position for 3 sec. - the trim adjustment takes
place automatically.
If the Quadrocopter drifts or can only be trimmed with difficulty while flying (yawing), try to
calibrate your Quadrocopter. For this purpose, switch on the remote control and quadrocopter
and place the model on a level surface. The slider (the left-hand stick on the remote control) must
point downwards. Now move the slider down as far as it will go and towards the right-hand corner
and hold it there. Now quickly move the control for pitching and rolling (the right-hand stick on
the remote control) 5-6 times to the left and right. The LEDs on the Quadrocopter will briefly flash.
Then the calibration is finished.
If the Quadrocopter's rotor blades are damaged and must be replaced, proceed as follows:
• Before fitting the propellers, make sure they are not mixed up. The Quadrocopter has
4 different propellers, which differ in colour and markings on the bottom:
• Front right: White, marking A
• Front left: White, marking B
• Carefully pull the defective propeller off the shaft.
• Carefully fit the new propeller onto the shaft again.
To read the memory card, remove it from the model and insert it in a USB adapter.
Now plug the adapter into the USB interface of a PC or MAC. After a brief installation phase, the
photos and videos will be available in the DCIM folder.
Problem: the propellers do not move.
Cause: • The ON/OFF switch is in the "OFF" position.
• The battery is too weak or depleted.
Remedy: • Set the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
• Charge the battery.
Problem: the Quadrocopter stops and descends during flight for no apparent reason.
Cause: • The battery is too weak.
Remedy: • Charge the battery.
Problem: It isn't possible to control the Quadrocopter using the remote control.
Cause: • The ON/OFF switch is in the "OFF" position.
• The batteries were not inserted correctly.
• The batteries do not have enough power.
Remedy: • Set the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
• Check whether the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Insert new batteries.
Problem: the Quadrocopter only turns on its vertical axis or rolls over when started
or does not lift off.
Cause: • Incorrect arrangement of propellers.
Remedy: • Install the propellers as outlined in the manual.
