Items Supplied and Device Overview

Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness and any transport dam-
age. If you fi nd any damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact our
customer service department.
Remove any fi lms or stickers that may be present from the device and accessories.
Note: Water residues in the reservoir can be attributed to quality checks per-
formed prior to delivery.

Assembling the Device

CAUTION!
■ Warning of electric shock! During assembly and dismantling, the device must not
be connected to the mains power and must have been cooled down.
1. Prior to assembly, spread out a protective fi lm if necessary to prevent any damage
to delicate surfaces.
2. Plug together the three parts of the handle rod (1+3+4). When you do this, make sure
that the cable winders (2+5) are parallel to one another. To take the handle rod apart,
simply pull it apart.
3. Insert the end of the handle rod into the upper opening of the main unit (6). To take
the handle rod off, simply pull it off.
