14.1 Inspection

visual and function inspections of
the unit at regular intervals.
 The user/owner is responsible for
the definition of adequate
inspection intervals.
14.2 Cleaning

Damage to the unit and/or

seals.
Only wet clean the unit with

agents tolerated by the material
supplied.
 The user/owner of the system is
responsible for the selection of
cleaning agents and the cleaning
process itself.
