3. Now straighten the handlebar. Make sure that part C is perpendicular (an angle
of 90°) to the frame.
4. Check and make sure that the lock nuts are tightly secured at point A and B.
If necessary, use open-ended spanner # 13 to tighten the lock nuts some more.
