I.The „Charging" and „Error" LEDs
flash: The voltage setting (with slide
switch) and the measured battery vol-tage
do not correspond.
2. The „Finished" and „Error" LEDs flash:
The battery is recognised as de-fective.
3. The „Error" LED flashes: The slide switch
has an undefined position (In-termediate
position).
4. The „Error" LED shines continuously: A
charging attempt failed. Possible cause:
Battery charger or battery de-fective.
11. Notes
Notę N1: A fully discharging 12V battery is
always charged with a current of up to max.
0.3A.
Notę N2: The battery could be defective and
has a higher internal resistance, if a refresh
procedurę takes less than 15 mi-nutes.
Notę N3: A finał charging condition is never
achieved and the battery charger remains in
the charging modę „in perpe-tuity", if the
battery has an age-related lea-kage current,
which is largerthan 100mA, and/or if the
battery has a connected load (e.g. the on-
board electronics), which consumes morę
than 100mA !

batteries 2V, 6V or 12V; Charging current up
to 0.6 A for 12V batteries and up to 0.3A for
2 V and 6V batteries.
