SAFETY REGULATIONS
This symbol indicates an important safety
regulation.
Faulty use of the equipment could cause serious
damages on man and property - therefore please
observe the following:
- Carefully learn the function of operating controls,
attachment of implements etc. before starting to use
the loader. It is also your duty to instruct other persons
who are allowed to use the loader.
Safety Block: The control device is equipped with a
catch, see illus.16, page 211, which, in locking
position (left), prevents involuntary operating.
- The tractor shall be equipped with sufficient counter-
weight to ensure the stability of the tractor.
Please get in touch with your dealer !
- Always check, when changing implements, that the
implement is properly locked in position by pushing
the front part of the implement against the ground.
- Loaded implements shall be transported as low as
possible.
- Do not transport round bales or other material with
implements, not aimed for this purpose. In lifted
position the load could tip backwards over the driver.
The tractor shall be equipped with a rollover protective
structure (ROPS) and a falling-object protective
structure (FOPS).
- It is forbidden to stay under lifted loader unless the
shut-off-cock (fig. 15) is in locked position.
Unintentional touch of control device or leakage in the
hydraulic system might cause sudden movements.
ENGLISH (105:02)
- Lifting and transportation of people is forbidden.
- Use caution when driving with loader in lifted
position under electric cables - DANGER ! !
- Always check that no people stay in the working area.
- See to it that necessary electric- and warning signs,
function according to law when driving on public
highways.
- The loader is equipped with a shut-off-cock placed to the
right over the loader control valve (fig.15). Always see to
it that this shut-off-cock is in locked position during
maintenance job, or when the loader for some other
reason has been left in lifted position for a considerable
time.
WARNING ! this shut-off-cock may NOT be used when
maintaining the hydraulic system of the loader. In these
cases the loader has to be lowered to ground level.
Turn off the engine and reduce the oil pressure with the
aid of the control valve before disassembling the quick
couplings or making other interventions in the hydraulic
system - under high pressure oil could cause serious
damages.
- Leaking couplings, caused by damaged hoses for ex,
must be dealt wit h immediately.
- Check and secure all screws regularly if necessary. This
is particularly important when it comes to the bolts fixing
the subframes to the tractor body.
- When parking the loader, an implement (a bucket, a fork
etc.) shall be attached. Also see to it that the ground is
reasonably firm and plane.
