Armlehnen
Stellen Sie die Breite der Armlehnen so ein,
dass die Ellbogen nicht am Körper anliegen.
Die Höhe der Armlehnen ist dann richtig,
wenn die Ellbogen aufliegen und die Schulter-
und Nackenmuskulatur entspannt ist.
Höhere Armlehne: Taste drücken, Armlehne
für die optimale Position anheben. Ohne
Taste: Armlehne step-by-step anheben.
Niedrigere Armlehne: Taste drücken, Armleh-
ne in die optimale Position herunterführen.
Ohne Taste: Armlehne in die oberste Stellung
ziehen, in die unterste Position führen, danach
anheben.
Breitenverstellbare Armlehne: Klappver-
schluss nach unten drücken,
Armlehne in die gewünschte Position ver-
schieben, danach Klappverschluss wieder
schließen.

Adjust the width of the armrests so that the
elbows are not pressed against the body.
The armrests are at the correct height when
the elbows are resting on the desk and the
shoulders and neck muscles are relaxed.
To raise the armrest: depress the button
and raise the armrest to the optimum posi-
tion. No button: raise the armrest step-by-
step.
To lower the armrest: depress the button
and lower the armrest to the optimum posi-
tion. No button: pull the armrest into the
highest position, then into the lowest position
and then raise it.
Width-adjustable armrest: press the catch
down, move the armrest into the desired
position and then close the catch once again.
