Underground Installation
In-ground installation of the pool, you must provide a suitable pres-
sure protection around the basin. This can be made of lightweight
concrete, lean concrete or by building a peripheral wall.
Why? The pressure of the back-filling with earth or gravel is a multi-
ple of the water pressure. If no backfill to stabilize with light or lean is
done, the pool may collapse during emptying.
Preparation of the drawstrings for the reinforcements,
Spread the drawstrings (9) (depending on the pelvic model) along
the width of the planar surface of the basin, as shown in figure 46.
Smooth softly all the folds in the drawstrings.
Connect using M5x15 screws (10) and the nuts (11), the angle plate
(3) with the drawstring (9). Make sure that the angled part of the an-
gle plate (3) pointing in the correct direction, as shown by figure 46,
47 and 48. The angle plate (3) must be connected with the band at
the upper part; tighten the bolts in any order.
Repeat this process on both sides of each drawstring.
Installation of the base plate (ground plate) to the lower plate
Lift the drawstring carefully (9) and fit four M5x15 screws (10) into
the openings that are located closest to the basin center. Make sure
that the screw heads facing the floor. Place the drawstring again at
the bottom and place the base plate (6) and above the lower plate
(4) on the screws which protrude from the drawstring (Figure 49, 50
and 51). Place the nuts (11) onto the screws and tighten them in any
order. Make sure before tightening that the base is not slanted.
Repeat this process on both sides of each drawstring.
Installation of the verticals
Situate one of the vertical columns (1) on the lower plate (4). Fix the
column (1) to plate „G" with screws M5x15 (10) and corresponding
nuts (11). Tighten the nuts in random order.
Check that there is a gap of approximately 2 mm underneath the
flange at the lower end of each vertical section, so that the lower „C"
sections can slide in easily.
Repeat steps (a) to (b) fort he other side oft he pool. Figure 52, 53,
54 and 55.
Installation of column stiffener
Place the stiffener (2) in an almost horizontal position and insert the
four flanges on the end of the stiffener into the grooves in the vertical
column (1), see figure 56, 57, 58 and 59.

Push the stiffener (2) forward until you can see the four flanges in-
side the vertical column (1). At the same time moving the lower end
of the stiffener towards the angle plate (3) in the base strap of the
base plate. Fit the angle plate (3) into the stiffener (2), figure 60 and
61.
Screw the G stiffener (2) to the lower plate (3) with two screws (12)
and the corresponding nuts (11). Do not tighten excessively, just
enough to ensure secure anchoring, figure 62 and 63.
Repeat steps (a) to (c) on the other side of the strap and for each
strap.
Assembly of pool base
Install the curved transition section
In each pool model one or two different types of curved lower sec-
tions of metal are used.
The sections are given a number depending
on their position. Consult the table below to choose the type and
quantity of lower sections suitable for your pool. Figure 64

If your pool is the 550x366 model, insert the transition sections 7 on
each side of the notches in the vertical columns (1). For other mod-
els, first insert transition sections 3, between the vertical columns (1)
figure 65. They have to fit into the notch of the vertical column (1).
Make sure that the transition section groove is facing upwards, figure
66.
Insert transition sections A. Slide each end of the section until it fits
into the notch in the vertical column (Figure 67).
Important: Ensure that transition sections A and B are correctly
placed and adjusted in the grooves of vertical columns 1.
Install the PCA lower curved sections, Figure 71
After transition sections A, put in place plate T1, then the PCA lower
section, until completing a semi-circle (Figure 68). The PCA transi-
tion sections must go into plate T1, (Figure 69 and 70). Leave a gap
of 5 mm between sections. (Figure 69)
Assembly of steel wall
We recommend that two or more people do the installation, on a
sunny and windless day. For safety reasons, wear gloves to protect
your hands from the metal edges. During installation, do not fold the
wall and unroll it with care.
Place the pool wall vertically (label upwards) on a piece of cardboard
in the centre of the circle,
this will make it easier to unroll and prevent scratching the bottom of
the wall (Figure 72).
Without unfolding completely, place the wall into the grooves in the
lower sections, figure 74. The beginning of the wall should be on a
