Before first Use

Remove all packing materials from the buffet pan. Clean all parts
of the unit before using the first time as described below under
the chapter Cleaning.

Operation

1. Fold out the handles of the
frame and place the buffet pan
on the frame. Please note that
the frame has a recess on one
side of the frame for the switch
assy.
2. Connect the temperature re-
gulator to the socket of the unit
in such a way that the turn knob
faces up. Turn the temperature
regulator counter clockwise to
the position
resp. 0.
3. After that, plug the power plug into a protected socket.
The temperature regulator is a damageable component,
please treat it with care. Do not drop it and do not immerse it
in liquids of any kind.
When the buffet pan has reached the pre-set temperature, the
control LED turns off.
You will hear some sounds during operation and while cooling
down. These sounds are from the heating element and
normal.
Set the temperature regulator to OFF before unplugging.
4. Regulate the temperature as desired by turning the regulator
from 1 – 5. Below please find some general guidelines:
