• Do not pull on the cord to unplug it. Do not touch the cord or plug with
wet hands.
• Never carry or pull the appliance by the cord. Do not pull the cord over
sharp edges. Make sure that the cord cannot get trapped. Position the
cord so that it will not be stepped on or present a tripping risk and so
that it cannot be pulled out by mistake.
• Never submerge the cord or thermostat switch in water or any other liquid.
• Position the cord so that it cannot come into contact with hot parts.
• Check extension cords regularly and replace them if they are damaged.
Only connect to an earthed power socket with a 10 A fuse.
• Always turn the thermostat to MIN before pulling out the cord.
• Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning or removing any
parts.
• Remove the cord immediately and do not use the appliance under any of
the circumstances below:
• If the appliance, its casing or cord is damaged.
• If the appliance has visible damage.
• If the appliance has been knocked, dropped or damaged in any way.
• Remove the cord immediately under any of the circumstances below:
• If the appliance is not working normally.
• Before cleaning or moving the appliance.
• After each use.
• If the barbecue is used indoors, the area must be well ventilated.
Please note! Never use the barbecue directly under a fan.
• The barbecue must be placed on a flat, stable surface when it is being used.
• Position the barbecue at a safe distance from trees, bushes, walls and
other combustible objects.
• Remember that the barbecue will get hot when it is switched on.
Therefore keep children and pets at a safe distance.
• Do not move the barbecue once it is switched on. After use, do not move
the barbecue until it has cooled down.
• Never cover the barbecue plate with aluminium foil, dishes, etc. They
may damage the non-stick coating and lead to overheating.
• Before use, check that the appliance is correctly assembled.
• Allow the barbecue to cool completely before cleaning.
