Problem
It is not
possible to
remove the
epilating head.
The shaving
head cannot
be removed.
Reduced
shaving
performance.

Cause
You did not
freeze the
ice gel pad long
enough.
You
did not press
the release
button.
You did not
press the
release button.
The shaving
head is dirty.
The cutter unit
of the
shaving unit is
damaged or
worn.
Solution
Put the ice gel pad without the
cooling glove in the freezer or
freezing compartment (***) for at
least 2 hours.
Press the release button and pull
the epilating head off the appliance
(Fig. 14).

the shaving head off the appliance
(Fig. 14).
Switch off the appliance and unplug
it. Remove the shaving head and
pull the cutter unit out of the
shaving head. Clean the shaving
head and the cutter unit with the
cleaning brush or under the tap.
Remove any hairs that may have
got stuck under the trimmers.
Replace the cutter unit.
