The thermal insulation of the ash collec-
tion tray handle has been additionally
improved.
This concerns part No. 20 in the scope of
delivery. In this respect, the following
parts have been extra added to the scope
of delivery:

Bear in mind that the handle of
the ash collection tray gets
very hot during grilling. Grasp
the ash collection tray handle
only in oven gloves. Let the grill
and the charcoal and ash in the
ash collection tray cool down
completely before emptying
the ash collection tray.
Affixing the handle to the ash
collection tray
1. Before you slide the ash collection tray
onto the guide rails of the sheet metal
holder, you need to mount the wooden
handle to the ash collection tray (see
Step 18 on Page 10 of the Instruction
Manual). The handle has been extra
added to the grill parts delivered.
2. Loosen the two M6x12 bolts and two
M6 nuts that are already attached to
the ash collection tray.

3. Position the handle on the ash collec-
tion tray as shown in the figure below.
Fasten the handle using the two
M6x12 bolts and
loosened before. Then slide the ash
collection tray onto the rails of the
sheet metal holder.

Setting Up the Grill

Warning Risk of damage!
The bolts can loosen slowly
during operation and affect the
grill stability.
– Check whether the bolts are tight prior
to each use. If necessary, tighten all of
the bolts again to ensure the grill
stands stable.
• Place the grill on an even, sturdy
surface outdoors before use.
