hoW to cook BroWn ricE / natural ricE
• Wash brown rice. For more delicious results with brown rice, soak the rice in
water for an hour or more before cooking.
• Brown rice can be cooked up to 4 cups.
We recommend 1,5 cups of water with 1 cup of brown rice.
• Fill the Inner Pot with water up to the appropriate level.
• Place the Inner Pot into the main unit.
• Then begin cooking by using the Cook button on the device. The red
light indicator starts to flash. Then the cooking will start.
• Once the rice is cooked, the Cooker will automatically switch over to the
Keep WARM mode. The WARM indicator (yellow) will light up.
Please switch off the devices after cooking the brown rice!

StEaminG FooD

Use the supplied steamer to steam your food. The cooking times provided in
the following table are approximate and may serve as guidelines only.
Manually turn off the device after cooking. To do so, push up the OFF switch.

Add approximately 1 and ½ Measuring Cups (300 ml) of water in the Inner pot.
• Use the provided Measuring Cup.
• Always add a minimum of one Measuring Cup (180 ml)
of water.

• Place the Inner Pot into the main unit.
• Place the Steamer Plate in the Inner Pot.
• Place the food on the Steamer Plate.

Close the Lid and plug in the power supply cord.

press COOK button on the device
• The indicator (red) will flash.
• Monitor the steaming time manualy.
• Check and stir the food occasionally by opening the Lid.
• Continue steaming until food is done.
• When the food is done, press the OFF button to cancel steaming or change to keep warm mode.
• Some experimentation may be needed to determine exact cooking times based on personal
preferences. For cooked food tenderness or firmness. Unplug the power supply cord after use!
