Failure: The Wavebox pump operates without
interruption and draws in air.
Cause: The Wavecontroller is no longer connected
to the pump connection. The pump operates at a
100 per cent performance.
Remedy: Check the connection between the
pump connection and the Wavecontroller, and
reconnect, if and when required.
Failure: During the pulse operation the pump
always draws in a bit of air and thus causes
noise.
Cause: The Wavebox has been placed too high in
the tank.
Remedy: Lower the Wavebox so that the highest
wave reaches just below the upper edge of the
Wavebox.
Cause: The volume of the Wavebox is too small for
the aquarium; the Wavebox volume is emptied
by the pump.
Remedy: Use the adjusting screw to set the
Wavebox in such a way that the pump no longer
draws in air (cf. chapter titled "Initial operation
in larger tanks"). In larger tanks, a second
Wavebox should be used.

Disfonctionnements: Lors de ses pulsations,
la pompe aspire constamment un peu d'air et
produit du bruit.
Raisons: La Wavebox est placée trop haut dans
l'aquarium.
Solutions: Abaissez légèrement la Wavebox de
telle manière à ce que le niveau supérieur de la
houle arrive juste en-dessous du couvercle.
Raisons: Le volume de la Wavebox est trop faible
pour la capacité de l'aquarium, son niveau
interne descend trop bas.
Solutions: Réglez le potentiomètre de la pompe de
telle manière à ce que la pompe n'aspire plus
d'air (voir Mise en service dans les grandes
installations). Pour de telles installations, une
deuxième Wavebox est souvent nécessaire.
