Insert the frying basket
and close the lid.

Connect the power plug to
a suitable power outlet.
Note
The frying time and the required temperature are dependent upon the type and
characteristics of the food to be fried (e.g. size and weight). Please read the
information on the frozen food packaging also.

Slide the knob at the
handle and carefully fold
the handle against the
fryer.

The indicator light lights
up.
Note
Apply some fat from the
inside on the viewing
window in order to prevent
that the window gets
steamed up.

Select the required
temperature using the
temperature control
sliding knob and wait until
the deep fryer has been
preheated.
