Start-up and operation

After removing the packaging and assembling the standing feet, the appliance can be put
into operation. The appliance is provided with a digital temperature unit allowing you to
set an exact desired temperature. Proceed as follows for this:
1. Connect the appliance to an earthed socket protected with an earth-leakage circuit
breaker.
2. Now switch on the appliance using the main switch (see Fig. 1) . The appliance is in
Stand-By.
3. Now press the Stand-By button (see Fig. 2), the display lights up and the appliance
automatically starts at the lowest level I (1000 W).

When first put into operation or after a longer period without heating a short-term
odour can arise.
3.3 Setting the target temperature
The appliance has an individual temperature setting. Proceed as follows for this (appliance
goes into Stand-By):
1. Press the Stand-By button (see Fig. 2). The appliance starts automatically at the lowest
level I (1000 W).
