1. Unpack the appliance carefully. Dispose of the packaging as described in chapter

Leave the appliance in an upright position for 4 hours without running it before you
use it for the first time so the refrigerant can stabilise.
8. Install the appliance in a well-ventilated and dry area.
9. Do not install the appliance in an area where it may come in contact with water or rain
in order that the insulation of the electrical components would not be damaged.
10. The appliance is designed for indoor use only.

Protect the appliance from direct sunlight.

Do not install the appliance near ovens or other thermal sources.

Provide a sufficient distance between the appliance and the wall so that you can open
the door in an unimpeded manner.

Install the appliance on a level, dry and solid floor. Check the correct installation with
a bubble level.

The appliance has to be well-ventilated. Ensure that there is a proper distance
between the appliance and wall. Do not cover or block the compressor cover plate on
the back.
16. The appliance must be correctly connected to the mains.
17. The rating plate is situated inside the appliance or outside on the rear cover.
