IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before using this appliance, read through all the
instructions and only use accordingly.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, the manufacturer,
their service agent or a similarly qualified person
should replace it to avoid a hazard.
4. This appliance requires regular cleaning. Refer to
the CLEANING instructions provided.
5. Do not expose the air purifier to rain, or use near
water, in a bathroom, laundry area or other damp
location.
6. The air purifier must be used in an upright position.
7. Do not allow foreign objects to enter air inlet or
outlet grilles as this may cause electric shock or
damage to the air purifier.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the unit on a flat level surface and position 1
metre from walls or furniture.
2. Ensure the unit is in the OFF ( ) position and then
plug into a working outlet.
3. Rotate the control switch to the desired speed
level: High ( ) or Low ( )
4. The pilot light will illuminate when the power is
on.
CLEANING / REMOVING THE FILTER
Always unplug the unit before cleaning. For both
the pre-filter and the purification filter follow the
instructions on page 5 to remove / clean the filter.

As condition of purchase the purchaser assumes
responsibility for the correct use and care of this Kaz
product according to these user instructions. The
purchaser or user must himself or herself decide when
and for how long the Kaz product is in use.
WARNING
If problems arise with this Kaz product, please
observe the instructions in the guarantee conditions.
Do not attempt to repair the Kaz product yourself, as
this could lead to termination of the guarantee and
cause damage to persons and property.
DISPOSAL
This symbol on the product or its
packaging indicates that the appliance
cannot be treated as normal domestic
waste but must be handed in at a
collection point for recycling electric and
electronic appliances.
Further information about the recycling of this
product can be obtained from your local town hall,
your refuse collection service, or in the store at which
you bought the product. This regulation is valid only
in EU member states.
