If you have not set up a "Voicemail Center: defined" Function key, you can use the mailboxes
as described below.

Press the Softkey next to VoiceMail to initial-
ise the "Voicemail" function.
Only for operating several Voicemail Center
461.2 units on your PBX system:

[Name]: Selects a Voicemail Center 461.2
by name.
Use the

global mailbox: Selects the Global Mailbox.
private mailbox: Selects the Private Mail-
box.
Enter the Access Code for the mailbox you
require.
