Step 9: Configuring the settings for a Global Mailbox
The display shows the number
of the OGM currently used in
the bottom right-hand corner
(the factory setting is OGM
No. 6. You cannot change this
message).
If the display is flashing, no
OGM has been recorded yet.
You hear a short tone. The dis-
play shows a microphone.
The OGM
recorded is played back to you.

the Auerswald Mega Disk.

Press the Softkey to the right of the symbol
for the OGM once or several times to select
another OGM (in the example: no. 1).
Press the Message key and hold it down to
initialise recording of an OGM.
Record your OGM. The OGM must be at least
3 seconds long (see display).
Release the Message key to end your record-
ing.
Press the Softkey to the right of option
Answer mode.
(Press the Softkey to the right of option
Answer only mode to play an OGM without
allowing callers to leave a message.)
To make corrections:
Press the Message key to play back your
OGM.
Press the Message key and hold it down to
repeat recording of an OGM.
