Press the Menu key to switch from the Idle
menu to the main menu.
Use the Control buttons (up/down) to
browse to option Voice mailbox-setup and
press the Softkey to the right of option Voice
mailbox-setup.
Press the Softkey to the right of option 1.
Mailbox.
Press the Softkey to the right of option Ena-
bled to enable the mailbox (setting: yes).
Press the Softkey to the right of option
Access code to initialise entry of a Mailbox
Access Code.
Press the Control buttons (up/down) several
times to enter the first digit of the Access
Code.
Press the Control button (right) to move to
the next digit.
To make corrections:
Press the Control button (left) to move the
cursor to the left.

Press the Softkey to delete the digit you
have selected.
Enter the second, third and fourth digits of the
Access Code as described above (in the
example: 4141).
Press the Softkey to the right of option
Access code to complete your entry.
Use the Control buttons (up/down) to
browse to option Extension and press the
Softkey to the right of option Extension.
