Mounting

For mounting the Multi IO Box on the DIN-rail adapter,
please proceed as follows:
• Open the cover on the front side of the Multi IO
Box. Therefore, unscrew both lower screws with
an appropriate screwdriver and remove the cover
afterwards (see fig. 2).
• Turn over the Multi IO Box.
• Fix the DIN-rail adapter into the Multi IO Box
using the mounting suspensions (A) (see fig. 3).
Push the adapter upwards until it latches into
place.
• Use an appropriate screwdriver to fasten the
supplied screws through the screw holes on the
front side of the Multi IO Box into the screw holes
(B) of the DIN-rail adapter until the Multi IO Box is
fixed to the adapter (see fig. 4).
For further information about installation and set-
up of the Multi IO Box please refer to the user
manual of the device.
For mounting the DIN-rail adapter together with a Multi
IO Box on the DIN-rail, please proceed as follows:
• Put the DIN-rail adapter together with the previ-
ously fixed Multi IO Box to the DIN-rail.
• Use an appropriate screwdriver to latch the DIN-
rail adapter by pressing the spring latch (D) up-
