Erase mode. If cleaning
the connector does not
help or if card format
mode cannot be
entered, this card cannot
be used.

camera. Insert a
SmartMedia.
A 5V card is in the
camera. Use only 3.3V
cards.
The card needs to
be formatted.
A write-protect adhesive
seal is placed on the
card or the card is for
Play mode only. The
camera cannot enter
Record, Erase or Card
format mode.
