Adjustment clues
The adjustment of the product and water quantity occurs over several
potentiometers (for detail descriptions see label in the door of the dispenser).
During the adjustment make sure that no product is conveyed after closing the
metering valves, otherwise malfunctions can cause and residues are collected in the
mixer-box.
The reaction time of the screw can be changed for cups and mugs appropriately. This
becomes of importance when a product with high proportion of sugar is processed. In
that case the reaction time of the screw should be extended (max. 3 seconds). The
product is than optimal supplied to the water. The finished beverage is optimal mixed
in this adjustment.
If using agglomerate goods the start delay of the screw should be adjusted at
minimum (basic adjustment). For that case the water flow is minimized so that the
product quantity of approximately 25 g for each cup is reached.
The heater is regulating electronically at the chocolino and the Chocopresso!. The
temperature can be changed at the potentiometer "heater". Make sure that the
heater is changed in small steps approximately 1,5 °C per minute.
temperature adjusted to high, (more than 90°C), the thermostat-switcher (at the
topside of the boiler) takes all power from the appliance. This thermostat-switcher
switches back automatically when the boiler has cooled down.
At the model "DUO" the water and powder quantities for each product can in addition
be adjusted at the potentiometer called "water cup 2", "water key 2" and
"product 2" independently from product 1.
You can adapt appropriately the water-quantity at the dispenser with 2 product
boxes. A reduction of water is possible only at product 2.
