2.2 General information on installation
and connection
The BLUE MAX mini 2/6 is packed and delivered in cardboard boxes.
Some parts and components need to be assembled in order to render
the machine ready for operation. Once assembled, any dust having
accumulated during transit and preservatives (oil) must be cleaned
off the machine.
2.2.1 BLUE MAX mini base frame
Slide work top with collar screws onto the base profile and fix fence
angle guide to the base profile by means of clamping blocks and
machine screws.
2.2.2 Chucks
When delivered, the machine is already equipped with standard
chucks. Chucks not required must be closed off with the six caps pro-
vided so as to prevent the grub screws from working loose and also to
ensure effective protection from soiling.
