TIMER SETTING
The maximum se ing of the time is 99 hours.
1. Push the timer bu on once in order to adjust the hours. Turn the rotary cont-
rol upwards in order to do so.
2. Push the timer bu on again in order to adjust the minutes. Turn the rotary
control upwards in order to do so.
3. A er adjusting the time, push the ON/OFF bu on. Display and rotary control
will blink for 3 seconds confirming the changes.
4. As soon as the preset temperature has been reached, the timer is activated.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The cover should be cleaned and dried as follows a er every use. Insuff icient
or incorrect cleaning of the device can impair the pe ormance of the Sous
Vide Stick Henry.
1. The cover and the lid of the circulation pump are not dishwasher-safe. All
components must be washed by hand with a so cloth and mild detergent.
2. Please do not use scratching tools to clean the device. Metal tools or aggres-
sive detergents can lead to damages.
3. Dry all pa s of the device thoroughly a er usage.
4. Ideally, store the device in its packaging in a dust-free, dry place.
