SETTING UP THE PUMP DIRECTION
With the pump lid at the end of the heating stick the direction of water circula-
tion can be adjusted. The circulation pump keeps the water moving in order to
yield a constant temperature and pe ect results. The opening of the pumping
lid can be adjusted for large or sensitive ingredients.
NOTE: Never remove the pumping lid itself from the stainless steel cover to
adjust the pumping direction. Instead always move the entire stainless steel
cover with the a ached pumping lid in the desired direction.
1. Turn the lid to right to remove it.
2. For sensitive ingredients such as eggs or fish filets a ach the cover with the
lid so that the opening is turned towards the rim of the container.
3. For large ingredients e.g. steaks a ach the cover with the lid so that the
opening is turned towards the ingredients.

TEMPERATURE SETTINGS

The temperature range of the device is between 20 and 99° C
1. Push the temperature bu on once. Turn the rotary control upwards in order
to increase Celcius or Fahrenheit se ings. Turn the rotary control down to
decrease Celcius or Fahrenheit se ings.
2. Push the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds to switch the display between Celcius
and Fahrenheit.
