Add desired amount of ground coffee.

Close the pivot-filter securely.
·
Place empty carafe on the „Keep Hot" plate.

Brewing coffee

·
Select the brew strength desired by pressing the
AROMA button and selecting one of the 3 levels
desired: mild / regular / strong (+ / ++ / +++).
·
Note: The brew strength can be selected before
or after brewing begins.

Press the POWER button
Freshness indicator
·
Once the brewing cycle is complete the word
FRESH and the FRESH icon will appear on the
digital display.
·
Now enjoy your fresh brewed coffee.
·
After 20 minutes the digital display will change
to NOT FRESH and the icon will indicate the
same.
·
That doesn't mean that the coffee is not drinka-
ble anymore, just that the coffee is not brewed
freshly.

Keep carafe on the „Keep Hot" plate between
servings to preserve the temperature of the cof-
fee in the carafe.
·
The coffee maker shuts off automatically after
2 hours.

Control panel

1. LCD display shows:
- Current time of day
- Preset auto brew cycle
- Freshness indicator
2. "AUTO" Button: Activates the auto brew
function
3. "AROMA" Button: Allowes you to select mild
(+), regular (++) and strong coffee (+++)
4. "MIN" Button: Sets desired minutes
5. "H" Button: Sets desired hour
6. "PROG" Button: Allows you to select a spe-
cific time for brewing coffee
7. Power-Button: On/Off

Setting the clock

·
Plug appliance into standart electrical outlet.
·
The digital clock display flashes.
·
To change the time: Press H button until the
correct time appears on the display. Repeat with
the MIN button.
CAUTION: Be careful not to exceed the maxi-
mum level, to avoid water running out.
Sneak-a-Cup
·
The Sneak-a-Cup feature allows you to pour a
cup of coffee from the carafe while the coffee is
brewing. When the carafe is removed the brew-
