Problem
The appliance makes an un-
usual noise.

In case of power failure or functioning
failure the appliance door remains
locked. The washing programme
continues when the power is restored. If
Possible solution
• Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Re-
fer to 'Installation'.
• Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts
are removed. Refer to 'Installation'.
• Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too
small.
• Increase the detergent quantity or use a different de-
tergent.
• Use special products to remove the stubborn stains
before you wash the laundry.
• Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
• Decrease the laundry load.
• The appliance calculates a new time according to the
laundry load.
• An unbalanced laundry load increases the duration
time. This is a normal behaviour of the appliance.
• Make sure that he lamp is not burned. To replace the
lamp, contact the service centre.
• Make sure that the appliance is accurately levelled.
Adjust the appliance by raising or lowering the feet.
• Make sure that you set a correct STEAM programme
(e.g. Synthetic instead of Cotton).
• Press button Auto Off to deactivate the appliance and
activate it again to set a tare.
• You loaded the laundry before activating the appli-
ance. Press button Auto Off to deactivate the appli-
