9.5 Starting a programme

without delay start
Press Start/Pause - Départ/Pause:
• The indicator Start/Pause - Départ/
Pause stops to flash and stays on.
• The indicator
display.
• The programme starts, the door is
locked and the display shows the indi-
cator .
• The drain pump can operate for a
short time when the appliance fills wa-
ter.
After approximately 15 minutes
from the start of the programme:
• The appliance adjusts auto-
matically the programme dura-
tion agree with the laundry
load.
• The display shows the new val-
ue.
9.6 Starting a programme with
delay start
• Press Startuitstel - Départ Différé
again and again until the display
shows the delay you want to set. The
related indicator comes on the dis-
play.
• Press Start/Pause - Départ/Pause:
– The appliance starts the countdown.
– When the countdown is completed,
the programme starts automatically.
You can cancel or change the set
of the delay start before you
press Start/Pause - Départ/
Pause .
To cancel the delay start:
1.
Press Start/Pause - Départ/Pause to
set the appliance to pause.
2. Press Startuitstel - Départ Différé un-

9.7 Interrupting a programme

You can change only some options be-
fore they operate.
1. Press Start/Pauze - Départ/Pause.
The indicator flashes.
2. Change the options.
3. Press Start/Pauze - Départ/Pause
again. The programme continues.

9.8 Cancelling a programme

1. Press Aan/Uit - Marche Arrêt for
some seconds to cancel the pro-
gramme and to deactivate the appli-
ance.
2. Press the same button again to acti-
vate the appliance. Now, you can set
a new washing programme.
The appliance does not drain the
water.
9.9 Changing the options
You can change only some options be-
fore they operate.
1. Press Start/Pauze - Départ/Pause.
The related indicator flashes.
2. Change the options.
3. Press Start/Pauze - Départ/Pause
again. The programme continues.

9.10 Opening the door

While a programme or the delay start
operates, the appliance door is locked
and the display shows the indicator
CAUTION!
If the temperature and level of
the water in the drum are too
high, you cannot open the door.
Open the appliance door when the
delay start operates:
1. Press Start/Pauze - Départ/Pause to
pause the appliance.
2. Wait until the door lock indicator
goes off.
3. Open the door.
4. Close the door and press Start/
Pauze - Départ/Pause again. The de-
lay start continues to operate.
