Start-up
Connect the power supply of the unit. If the device has not been previously configured, a wizard will be launched
to help you configure the major options.
Wizard:
A: Specify the language
Make sure you enter the date and time correctly, since once you record your first entry you will be unable to
switch to an earlier date.
D: Select a time zone
Time change
By switching this parameter to "auto" the unit will automatically switch from winter time to summer time and vice
versa (valid only in the European Union).
In manual mode, press P or O to select the current time.
Input wizard:
Entry description editing
In order to facilitate the interpretation of data, you may customise the names of each field with a description of up
to 10 characters.
The lower section of the screen shows the changes carried out during the editing process.
- Use the arrow keys P, O, Q and N to navigate through the various available
characters and options and the SET key to validate the selection.
- Select 9 to delete the highlighted text.
- Select L or K to move within the text being edited
- Select 8 to save your changes and exit the edit menu

The input wizard will guide you through the various configuration options
available for each entry.
If you select "Disabled", the wizard will delete the entry and will go on to the
next. Deactivating unused items is recommended.
Depending on the type of entry selected, the wizard will request the necessary
data for its proper configuration.
