AFety
Keep all parts of your body away from cutting blades. Never attempt to remove clippings or hold
the material to be cut when blades are moving. Make sure the tool is switched off before clearing
jammed material. A moment of inattention while operating the hedge trimmer may result in
serious personal injury.
Carry the hedge trimmer by the handle with its cutting blades stopped completely. When
transporting or storing the hedge trimmer, always fit the unit with the protective cover. Proper
handling of the hedge trimmer will reduce the risk of personal injury caused by its blades.
Hold the unit by the insulated gripping surfaces only as the cutting blades may come into contact
with hidden power lines. If the cutting blades contact with a „live" wire, the exposed metal parts
of the unit can become „live" and thus cause an electric shock to the operator.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the tool.
