6-4 Stepped regulation
Press the grinder pin and turn the nut in the direction
you wish.
When the right regulation has been found, release the pin
to block the regulation.
Check it is firmly blocked before turning the grinder on.
Always regulate the grinder when it is turned off and
without any coffee inside. See Fig. 3.
"+" shows the rotation direction to increase the
coarseness of the ground coffee.
"-" to decrease the coarseness of the ground coffee.
6-5 Micrometric regulation
Turn the horizontal regulation knobs to change the
coarseness of the ground coffee.
Micrometric regulation does not require blocking.
Regulate the grinder with the motor turned on if there is
any coffee in the grinder, with it turned off if it is empty.

"- " to decrease the coarseness of the ground coffee
We recommend grinding and using a few grams of coffee
each time you change the coarseness, which will help
remove the small amount of ground coffee already inside
the grinder.
6-6 Regulating the dose of ground coffee
The appliance has digital dose regulation. To set the dose, enter the programming
mode by pressing the control disc for 10 seconds or until the wording on the display
changes. Scroll through the menu by turning the control disc: when the wording
"single prog." appears, press the disc and enter the dose-programming mode. Turn
the switch to change the time shown on the display: clockwise to increase the time and
anti-clockwise to decrease it. When the time has been set, press the control button to
leave single dose programming. You can now regulate the double dose with the
"Double prog." Scroll through the menu by turning the control disc and select "Exit" to
leave the programming mode. Remember that with a voltage of 50Hz, one second
corresponds to approx. 2 grams of ground coffee, with a voltage of 60Hz one second
corresponds to approx. 2.4 grams of ground coffee. Several factors can have an effect
on the coffee grinding, such as moisture, type of blend, grinder setting and wear.
6-7 Selecting continuous dose
The appliance has a continuous dose function, which enables grounding the required
amount of coffee without setting the time but by just pressing the dosing button.
To activate the continuous dose function, proceed as follows: turn the appliance on,
after the initial message you can enter the programming mode by pressing the control
disc for 10 seconds or until the wording changes on the display. Turn the control disc
until the wording "Continuous prog." appears, then press the disc to enter the
programming mode. Turn the control switch to activate or deactivate the function and
