Error Code Problem
E02 The air temperature value is
under the lower limit.
E03 The air temperature value
exceeds the upper limit.
E31 The temperature sensor or
measuring circuit is dam-
aged.

Air Humidity Reading

Error Code Problem
E04 The air temperature meas-
urement has an error code.
E11 The RH calibration has
failed.
E34 The RH sensor or the
measuring circuit is dam-
aged.
Solution
Put the meter in regular room temperature
for 30 minutes, if the error message still
appears, send the device for repair.
