Solution
Check if the power supply is
well plugged.
Use a needle or toothpick to
stab the RESET hole at the
meter bottom.
Press and hold the RESET
key for more than one sec-
ond.
Use the adaptor with 5 V
(±10 %), > 0,5 A.
Do a hardware reset::
Press a paper clip (or simi-
lar) into the small opening
in the middle of the bottom
of the device.
Solution
Send back for repair.
Recalibrate the CO
appears, send it back for repair.
Put the meter in fresh air and wait for 5 min-
utes. If the error code still appears, recali-
brate the meter.
Send the meter back for repair.
