Shows the distance covered in total on the spinner
bike.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Wipe the bike down regularly with a well-wrung
cloth.
Open the chain guard and lubricate the chain 3-4
times a year, or as required.
Once you have been using the spinner bike for a
while, the brake pad will become worn and must
be adjusted or replaced.
If the brake pad does not provide maximum
braking, the resistance wire must be tightened.

As a consumer, you can also play a part in
protecting the environment by following the
applicable environmental regulations and taking
old electrical and electronic equipment to your
local recycling center. If the equipment contains
batteries, you must remember to remove these
before you dispose of the equipment.
